Holistic Life Wellness Services
We are of the belief that wellness encompasses the whole man: spirit, soul and body, as lived out in 8 different areas of life, which we call the 8 Dimensions of Wellness model (Spiritual, Emotional/Mental, Intellectual, Financial, Environmental, Physical, Occupational and Social) . In order for us to achieve optimal wellness, we can't only focus on one or two areas. We must become intentional about addressing every dimension of who we are, from the inside out.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, with over 15 years of experience, I know first hand that our wellness is a lifestyle that encompasses these different areas. As a Holistic Wellness Consultant, I provide resources such as Massage Therapy, Healing Circles for Emotional Wellness, and Wellness Coaching and Faith-based Therapy. My vision is to create supportive safe, no judgment spaces for healing and breakthrough. My mission is to unlock hidden treasures in the soul and create blueprints of success for purpose deployment.

REGISTRATION: A yearly registration fee of $50.00 per child is due upon enrollment in the program. This non- refundable fee is due upon initial registration and/or at the beginning of the school year. The fee is used to replace the art supplies, play equipment, and games. Workshop tuition rates do not vary based on attendance, i.e., illnesses, vacations, or absences. Our 2022 - 2023 location will be announced August 15, 2022.

We believe that all youth should have access to high-quality, educational, and social-emotional options outside the classroom, increasing their learning desire for new opportunities. Our after-school programs provide non-traditional education in various industry sectors. Our Youth Empowerment Zone provides training and mentorship in the following areas:
