ADMISSIONS

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years of age 
Provide 2 (two) personal references
Submit a brief statement (1 page maximum) on why you are applying

for admission to Mind Fit Academy, LLC

 

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Must have reliable internet.
Must have basic Word.
Must have a computer or tablet (to submit and view Word documents and PDFs).
Must have a device (computer, smartphone or tablet) with camera access or a webcam.
Must have a working telephone number or WhatsApp (international students).

APPLICATION FEE

Annual Application Fee of $25.00 with active enrollment.*

* Must become active within the first two semesters of enrollment or application fee must be submitted again before admission.

 

ACADEMY FINANCING

Classes may be paid in full at time of enrollment.
Students may also select a payment plan that includes three equal payment installments.
Auto-payment required for payment plans.
Administrative fees are in addition to tuition fees and will be reflected

in the total cost of enrollment for the semester.

INSTALLMENT PLANS
Students who desire to pay in 7 equal installments may request Academy Financing.
Agreement to Academy Financing includes acceptance of monthly automatic payment withdrawals
from designated banking account.
All payments must be completed each calendar month.

MISSED PAYMENTS
Students will be granted 5 business days to pay missed payments without penalty.
Missed payment will result in probationary status.
​Failed payments will result in course withdrawal. No refunds. No exceptions.
